Zusammenfassung

FINN is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to shape ML-driven underwriting and strengthen risk decisioning across APJ and EMEA. You will combine analytical depth with hands-on model development to drive smarter, fairer decisions and improve approval funnels.

From monitoring portfolio health to refining policies, you will collaborate with data, engineering and product teams to enable responsible growth and expand access to credit.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in consumer credit risk analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in credit risk assessment and cross-functional impact.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and monitoring credit risk models (logistic regression, XGBoost, scorecards).

Aufgaben

• Monitor risk metrics and investigate significant changes.
• Develop, test, and deploy risk models in iterative cycles.
• Understand country-specific onboarding and data sources.
• Collaborate with data vendors to evaluate new data sources and set up early warning signals.
