• Expérience créative en scénarisation de webcomics et illustration simple à mid-detail.

• Concevoir et exécuter de nouvelles idées de micro-contenu.

Job description

We are looking for a senior creative to join our micro-content team. The micro-content team is the custodian of OGS’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tiktok. Reaching millions of audiences monthly through authentic, empathetic coverage of people stories, we aim towards being South East Asia’s leading digital edutainment publisher.

The ideal candidate is a social media professional, with demonstrable excellence in content creation of diverse digital formats to drive organisational outcomes. They have excellent people skills, and are able to effectively manage and lead teams in and out of the creative process. Most importantly, they should resonate with OGS’s approach to storytelling - always holding space, curiosity and compassion towards life and the world around them, and likewise - coming in with a personal expression they wish to share with the world, or a “reason to create”.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple micro-content series for editorial quality and performance
• Spearhead branded micro-content campaigns and projects
• Discover and implement solutions to drive growth, revenue, and executional excellence for micro-content team
• End-to-end production of a diversity of micro-content, from graphics to vertical short-form videos (Research, Production, Post, Caption/Thumbnail, Publishing)
• Mentor peers and interns, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment
• Discover and pitch stories through research and fact-finding
• Conceptualise and execute new and innovative micro-content ideas
• Attend and represent OGS in relevant media events and pitches

Requirements:

• Creative/Professional experience in webcomic scripting for self-contained narratives, and simple to mid-detail illustration
• 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation/strategy for consumer-facing brands/media publishers
• Demonstrable proficiency in content production/post-production (graphics, photos and videos)
• Knowledge in social media formats, trends and algorithms
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
