A leading counselling service provider in Singapore is searching for a Programme In-Charge to oversee the Counselling & Therapy Service. You will develop strategies for service growth and perform counselling assessments. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, at least 7 years of experience, and a passion for working with youths. This role involves both independent work and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division
• Perform the role of Programme In-Charge and oversee the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service
• Develop strategies and oversee their implementation for the growth of Counselling & Therapy Service
• Provide counselling assessment and intervention for clients
• Documentation of all case related records

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counselling, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
• Registered counsellor with a recognized professional body (e.g., SAC, SPS)
• Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social service practitioners, and/or counsellors
• Passionate in working with youths
• Independent worker but able to work well in a team
