Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA or CIMA preferred.
• 3–5 years of costing, finance, accounting, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; Power BI, Oracle and Hyperion knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Meticulous, proactive, and willing to take initiative in process improvement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates pursuing a degree, ACCA, or CIMA with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and business units to provide financial analysis, insights, and performance support.
• Perform inventory flux, cost, and variance analysis to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and recommend actions.
• Review manufacturing expenses with Operations and support cost control initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Analyze and allocate inventory, labor, overhead, and operating costs; prepare accurate cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and month-end closing activities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
