The Senior Corporate Treasury Solutions Manager will lead the delivery and growth of digital treasury and liquidity solutions for large corporates and enterprise clients. This role combines consultative sales, product advisory, and relationship management to deliver best-in-class fintech-enabled treasury solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with corporate clients to understand their treasury, liquidity, and cash management needs.
• Design and deliver tailored solutions including real-time payments, virtual accounts, multi-currency liquidity management, and automated reconciliation.
• Provide strategic input on treasury digitization, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Drive growth in the corporate segment by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding, working closely with commercial and product teams.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, demos, and product presentations.
• Act as a voice of the client, providing feedback to the product and technology teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging treasury technologies (e.g., APIs, blockchain, AI in treasury).
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and solution utilization.
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex issues and support cross-border treasury requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or treasury certification (e.g., ACT, CTP) is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or treasury solutioning, preferably in fintech, banking, or ERP/TMS vendors.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes, payment systems, liquidity structures, and FX risk.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation in financial services.
