Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting and handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial works and providing administrative support for a portfolio of local and international clients.
- Handling, maintaining and updating all necessary files, statutory records and documents as required.
- Preparation of corporate secretarial documents and filing with the government authorities as required by law and regulations of the country.
- Drafting of minutes and resolutions of members and directors.
- Registration, maintenance and dissolution of local companies, foreign companies, sole-proprietorship, partnership, branch and representative office.
- Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
- Supporting and assisting in all administrative and support for Client on-boarding or KYC reviewing procedures.
- Advising and assisting clients in the application of permit and license from any government authorities.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently.
Job Requirements:
- Having ICSA or relevant post graduate/professional qualifications.
- Prior relevant experience with various type of business license application will be an advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of the Companies Act and Practices.
