Responsibilities
About the Team: The Global Location Strategy team aims to define and deploy strategies that support our global expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants and analysts conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global real estate markets, leading our real estate business strategy development and implementation.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis on global real estate markets, including regulation impacts, geographic advantages, demographic trends, talent pools, industry developments, benchmark analysis, real estate supplies, feasibilities, financials, and costs.
- Standardize and strategize the Location Strategy team’s approach to relevant real estate topics at both global and regional levels.
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive research, insights, data collection, and recommendations supporting our strategies and growth.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of global real estate location strategy projects, assess opportunities and challenges, and ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, conflicts, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in corporate real estate strategy, site selection, or location strategy within a multinational, consulting firm, or real estate advisory.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for internet, technology, and innovation sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to evaluating market conditions and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of global and regional real estate markets, including regulatory frameworks, costs, and economic drivers.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in corporate expansion, location strategy consulting, or workplace transformation projects.
