Job summary

The role involves producing site plans, CAD drawings, elevations, and detailing with material specs, coordinating with QS and vendors, ensuring budget compliance, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English is required and a corporate background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Min 10 years working experience; corporate background preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, SketchUp, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Able to work on multiple projects with simultaneous timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize design and space planning, oversee project from inception to completion.
• Produce site plans, CAD drawings, elevations and detailing with material specifications.
• Manage all aspects of design development and site implementation.
• Prepare proposals with sketches and illustrations for client understanding.
• Coordinate with quality surveyors to translate design into tangible costing for client submission.
• Meet with vendors, suppliers and contractors to obtain best service.
• Perform drafting work for projects.
• Perform related work as required.
