merge or pte. ltd. is seeking a senior interior designer to lead design development from concept through to site implementation. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to client budgets.

Responsibilities include producing CAD drawings, elevations, and detailed specs, while coordinating with QS and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions. Strong English communication and a proven corporate background are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in interior design or related projects.
• Corporate background preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, SketchUp, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects within simultaneous timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize design and space planning for projects.
• Develop drawings: CAD layouts, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Manage design development and site implementation.
• Prepare design proposals and sketches for client understanding.
• Coordinate costing with quantity surveyors and vendors.
• Review interior needs with QS and vendors to select best services.
• Draft necessary drawings for projects.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
