Responsibilities

• Lead briefs from concept to execution, directing multiple campaign elements
• Deliver high-quality craft and drive creative excellence
• Present rationale for ideas to Creative Directors and clients
• Mentor junior team members and coach production processes
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet timelines and budgets
