Our client, a reputable Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a Senior Coordinator (1-Year Contract).

【 Responsibilities 】
- Handle monthly account closing, issue debit memo/credit memo, and handle issues that arise due to payments from vendors.
- Coordinate with export and import vendors for daily operations and shipment arrangements.
- Liaise with the BPO team to support in quotation making, PO, and documentation handling in the internal system.
- Review and find ways to improve the operation process.
- Manage independently assigned country operations and perform problem-solving independently on operational issues.
