Job summary

Nishimatsu Construction Co Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Civil/Coordination Engineer to lead and manage all coordination works across civil, structural, architectural and M&E interfaces for a transit project. You will liaise with authorities for design approvals, lead SWC contractor coordination meetings, and manage design/construction interfaces.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering, 5+ years in multi-discipline coordination, and readiness for a 5.5-day week, with project location

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree.
• At least 5 years managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works.
• Experience in interfaces for design and construction of transit projects and knowledge of design/approval processes.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Project location is in the West area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for and manage and take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface with civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions.
• Coordination with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission.
• Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.
• Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunneling project
