About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cook / Chef to join our talented culinary team at All Best Foods Pte Ltd under ABR Holdings Limited. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients

• Oversee and guide junior members of the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and efficient workflow

• Monitor stock levels, order supplies and manage kitchen costs effectively

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in the kitchen

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Cook or Chef in a reputable restaurant

• Excellent time management, problem-solving and leadership skills

• Passion for creating visually appealing, flavourful dishes and a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
