Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Propose seasonal ingredients, dishes and culinary trends to improve on menu
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, tidiness, food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Kitchen and Service team to improve overall dining experience
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
