Job summary

ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to support project cost control and contract administration in Singapore. The role covers preparing monthly progress claims, coordinating with consultants, forecasting cash flow, and tracking budgets across multiple project stages.

You will also prepare variation orders, verify Bills of Quantities, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress claims and liaise with consultants on payment certification, while forecasting monthly cash flow, tracking budget projections, and maintaining cost control monitoring records.
• Assess and prepare Variation Orders and Loss & Expense claims, engage with clients and consultants to resolve VO discrepancies, and support the finalisation of the Main Contract's final account.
• Carry out quantity measurement and takeoff, and prepare Bills of Quantities across project stages including tender, construction, procurement, variations, and payment verification.
• Review and compare drawings against contract documents to identify discrepancies and support claims preparation.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
