Job summary

Financial Times in Singapore is seeking a Senior Content Producer for FT Studio. You will lead multimedia projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with writers, editors, video teams and designers.

This hands‑on role requires at least 8 years in video and digital content production, strong leadership, and experience with business audiences. The role supports a hybrid model with in-person collaboration across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in video and digital content production.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
• Understanding of journalistic storytelling and editorial processes.
• Experience developing content for business audiences and B2B communications.
• Experience with clients in financial services or similar regulated sectors.
• Experience leading video teams and collaborating with designers/developers.
• Ability to balance editorial credibility with commercial objectives.
• Degree or demonstrable interest in Communications, Media Production or related field.
• Excellent command of English; Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creatively develop and lead multimedia projects from ideation to completion with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, video teams and designers on campaigns.
• Lead content strategy and maintain client relationships for branded content.
• Manage end-to-end production across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Write briefs for designers and develop video scripts; direct shoots and post‑production.
• Review content for quality before delivering to clients; stay on top of trends.
• Support content innovation and advise on analytics strategies when needed.
• Help develop scalable workflows and foster a positive FT Studio culture.
