A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to create engaging content for various platforms and manage their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years' experience in content marketing. This role involves strategizing for fan growth, collaborating with teams on multimedia content, and analyzing metrics. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, write, and publish original content tailored for different social media platforms (e.g., posts, stories, short video scripts);
Manage multiple social media accounts and maintain a consistent content schedule;
Responsible for planning fan growth strategies, such as interactive activities and engagement initiatives, to increase the number of followers on official accounts;
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach;
Collaborate with multiple teams to create multimedia content;
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities;
Support brand campaigns and promotions with engaging copy and digital assets;
Regularly report on content performance and suggest optimization strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields;
Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management;
Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of social media tone and style;
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Weibo) and their algorithms;
Experience with basic image editing and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere) ;
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment;
Passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling.
