The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in digital platforms, managing creative agencies, and a strong understanding of the Southeast consumer landscape. This role involves developing consumer-centric content strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand standards, and enhancing brand engagement through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Job description

The Senior content manager is dedicated to transform brand content game for Southeast Asia and India markets. They are responsible for the oversight of digital content proliferation for new product launches, reanimations and festivals that’s tailored for SAP digital dynamics. Ensure local content plan and executions enhance brand competitiveness and engagement in the region, while aligning global brand equity.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Build brand social digital content strategy in Southeast Asia and India markets, that’s consumer-centric, platform-native and aligns global brand equity

· Align campaign tiers and 2-years content plan tailored to SAP O+O strategy and content flooding needs, propose resource and way of working for alignment across stakeholders

· Partner closely with global / Emerging campaign managers for consistent and integrated plan.

· Act as the primary point of contact with SAP zone, CDO team, local digital agency to brief content needs, exchange feedback and track progress and need gaps, proposal solutions.

· Partner closely with Brand Experience team and contribute to Brand content transformation, especially on short form content proliferation for social, TikTok, education, ecommerce.

· Always on the pulse of local consumer / cultural / social / content trends, unlock new, better, efficient ways to transform, enlighten global team and emerging team

· Identify resource and budget efficiencies by auditing content adoption and performance, in partnership with zones to optimize future campaign

Qualifications/Requirements

· 5+ years of related business experience
