Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP S/4HANA PMO in Singapore. The role requires coordinating project progress, liaising with Japan stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of system implementation projects.

You will lead SIT/UAT, manage risks and issues, and support users through go-live, data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
• Japanese-speaking required to liaise with Japan stakeholders and clients.
• Experience leading SIT and UAT activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across users, functional teams, and vendors.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
