About the Role:
Regional PMO team, leading mission-critical projects that shape the future of banking across APAC. This role offers high visibility, cross-regional collaboration, and the chance to drive transformation aligned with ISO20022 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver strategic project leadership to ensure successful execution of high-impact, cross-border initiatives.
2. Champion PMO excellence by implementing streamlined processes, frameworks, and best practices across multiple business units.
3. Align and manage project portfolios with key business priorities and performance metrics (KPIs).
4. Act as the vital bridge between Tokyo HQ and APAC branches, ensuring seamless communication and synergy.
5. Lead coordination among five regional working groups based in Singapore, enabling smooth project rollout.
6. Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues with speed and precision.
7. Prepare and present key project insights and reports to senior executives, enabling informed decision-making.
8. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management Office (PMO) in either a consulting firm or bank
2. Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
3. Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating across various systems/branches simultaneously
