Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic advice and guidance to ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects within the bank.
  2. Lead and support the development and implementation of project management processes, frameworks, and best practices across multiple business units.
  3. Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring all projects align with business priorities and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Coordinate effectively between the Tokyo Head Office and APAC branches, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across regions.
  5. Facilitate coordination between five working groups at the regional level, all located in client’s Singapore Branch, to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Proactively manage risks, ensuring that both anticipated and emerging risks are addressed promptly and continuously throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Provide timely and effective problem-solving support to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
  8. Prepare and present detailed project plans, status reports, and risk management documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Maintain thorough documentation of discussions, decisions, and reports, ensuring all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  10. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.
  11. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive alignment, progress, and decision-making.
  12. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management Office (PMO), particularly in risk and problem management.
  3. Experience working in a consulting firm is a must.
  4. Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating across various systems/branches simultaneously.
  5. Strong logical thinking, with the ability to effectively document and communicate complex information.
  6. Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written). Able to speak in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and client.
  7. Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GigaCC is a plus.
