Job description

The Consultant / Senior Consultant is responsible for acquiring prospective clients and employees for the professional services department.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business accounts and manage relationships with clients.
  • Communicate terms and conditions of professional services, including pricing (with approval) and guarantee provisions, to ensure mutual understanding of service expectations and costs.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders regarding their outsourcing needs.
  • Provide advice and solutions to stakeholders’ queries on outsourcing project milestones and deliverables.
  • Source candidates via job portals and other means.
  • Attract, select, and interview quality candidates matching the specific outsourcing project needs.
  • Coordinate meetings/discussions between candidates and clients.
  • Seek feedback from clients on candidate quality of deliverables.
  • Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary, benefits, and career prospects.
  • Monitor the performance of all contract candidates and prepare necessary paperwork for proper payment.
  • Manage and retain good candidates.
  • Manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Visit clients regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct periodic project milestone evaluations with clients and candidates.
  • Conduct performance reviews of candidates/employees on projects.
  • Meet monthly sales targets in GP & contribution.
