Work you’ll do
You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Requirements
You are someone with:
· A good bachelor’s degree in a business, or finance discipline
· Minimum 7 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role
· With relevant experience and skills in Financial modelling, understanding of tech implementation, business case development, etc.
· Strong interest in financial operations, processes, and technologies, supported by excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
· Exposure to shared services, Global Business Services (GBS), or outsourcing initiatives is a plus.
· Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
· Experience with performance improvement frameworks, such as cost optimization, working capital management, or finance process benchmarking, is desirable.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
