We are inviting an analytical and creative individual to be part of our team of consultants in the Impact & Strategy practice. You will be working together with the team to deliver and contribute to advisory projects through solution and value co-curation, project administration and stakeholder engagement to build the capacities and capabilities of social organisations, leveraging rigorous analysis and evidence-based decision-making to drive meaningful social change. Your job role will cover:
- Consultancy: Direct, oversee project, and act as Client Relationship Director for mid to high complexity projects to ensure achievement of overall project KPIs and maintain a good standing client relationship. Areas may cover social impact framework development, impact evaluation and monitoring, capability building workshops, strategic philanthropy, etc.
- Project Management: Plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate advisory projects in order to ensure projects are delivered within specified timeline, budget, specifications and client satisfaction are achieved.
- Solution Deliveries: Deliver advisory and consultancies to clients through solution development, value creation, problem solving, stakeholder engagement to build capacities and capabilities of social organisations in navigating their dual growth goals of financial and social impact.
- Advisory Design & Innovation, Strategic Partnership: Identify and scope advisory innovation ideas, knowledge management, and contribute to strategic partnership to support business growth and competitiveness in the market.
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Develop mid to high complex project proposals and identify potential leads from existing projects to contribute to Business Development and healthy Sales Pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, majored in Public/Social Policy, Business Administration/Analytics, Psychology & Behavioural Science, Social Work/Sociology or other related fields
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory, organisational development, training and development, programme evaluation, business and data analytics, facilitation, project management or other related areas
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills, good with numbers, good interpersonal and communication skills, take initiative, customer service oriented
- Tech-savvy, preferably comfortable with using different analytics tools and CRM/ERP systems
- Have familiarity with the community and social service sector (landscape, key agencies, resources and social agencies)
