A leading consulting company is seeking an HR Consultant to provide services related to HR policy consulting and project management across the Asia Oceania region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR consultancy, proficiency in Business English, and a background in project management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, conducting job evaluations, and managing client relationships. Join a dynamic team to support HR operations in various offices.
The main responsibility is to provide services related to HR policy consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR-related services to clients mainly in the Asia Oceania region (primarily internal clients under Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) group) under the supervision of Managers.
Execute HR consulting projects under supervision of superiors.
Support the implementation and operation of HR policies for MC offices.
Relationship management
Workshops & Seminars
Collaborate with the Global HR department of Mitsubishi Corporation, the ARH department in MC-Singapore branch, and HR members of MC offices and MC group companies in the AO region.
