Role Overview

NNIT is seeking experienced professionals from the life sciences industry for a full-time on-site role at our client locations in Tuas, Singapore. As a Senior/Consultant in DeltaV Engineering, you will support our clients in the design and delivery of Emerson DeltaV systems.

In this role, you will report to your Line Manager and work closely with key stakeholders on-site. Your expertise and proactive approach will be crucial in driving project success and delivering high-quality service.

Key Competencies

1. Validation Methodology: Expertise in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, including performing and documenting qualification/validation activities such as FAT, UAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
2. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GAMP 5, Batch S-88 standards (e.g., CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units), and other global regulations/standards practiced in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
3. Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation hardware and networking technologies.

Essential Qualifications

1. Experience: Over 2 years in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment, with expertise in Emerson DeltaV DCS system and DeltaV Batch. Fresh graduates, preferably with internships in the pharmaceutical industry, and those with lesser experience may be considered for Junior roles.
2. Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field.
3. Certification: Official Emerson DeltaV training course certifications are preferred.

Valuable Experience

1. Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews, ensuring corrective actions and improvements in security measures.
2. Change Management: Experience in managing the change control process, including documenting, assessing, and implementing changes to validated systems while ensuring compliance.
