Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant - Data Analysis & Mapping to lead data mapping, migration, and system integration across banking packages such as T360, ACBS, Flexcube, Oracle OBPY/GLCS, or Murex.

You will own data dictionaries and STTM artefacts, define and validate transformation rules, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, General Ledger to ensure data quality, traceability and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 6–12 years of banking/financial services project experience.
• Hands-on data mapping, data migration, and system integration experience.
• Knowledge of banking data concepts in Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, GL, CASA, or Markets.
• Experience with Excel-based data dictionaries and data lineage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with banking packages (T360, ACBS, Flexcube, OBPY/GLCS, Murex) and SIT/UAT involvement.
• Experience in regional/offshore delivery environments; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing via data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Regional IT, Branch IT, business users, vendors, and offshore teams for migration outcomes.
• Ensure data mapping and migration align with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Data Analysis & Mapping with experience in leading data analysis, data mapping, data migration, and system integration initiatives for any of the banking package systems such as T360, ACBS, Flexcube, Oracle OBPY/GLCS, or Murex.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data mapping activities from current-state (As-Is) systems to target-state (To-Be) platforms, including RDP, T360, ACBS, Flexcube, Oracle OBPY & GLCS, and Murex.
• Own, maintain, and govern data dictionaries and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) artefacts to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Define, document, and validate data transformation rules, derivations, and data dependencies across systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related discussions with business stakeholders across Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, General Ledger, and Market functions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues, and recommend appropriate remediation solutions.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing through data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Regional IT teams, Branch IT, business users, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful data migration and system implementation outcomes.
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration activities align with business requirements, regulatory standards, and project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 – 12 years of experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Hand on experience in data mapping, data migration, and system integration initiatives is required.
• Must have detailed understanding of banking data concepts in one or more functional domains such as Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, General Ledger (GL), CASA, or Markets.
• Experience working with Excel-based data dictionaries, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping documents is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks proactively, identify issues in a timely manner, and implement effective solutions.
• Exposure to banking package systems such as T360, ACBS, Flexcube, Oracle OBPY/GLCS, or Murex, as well as experience supporting SIT, UAT, and regression testing from a data migration or data validation perspective is mandatory.
• Experience working in regional, distributed, or offshore delivery environments, with knowledge of SQL or data querying techniques for data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis, would be advantageous.
