Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consultancy transforming finance through data-driven AI initiatives. Join a leading banking client in Singapore as a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst to shape how data is discovered, accessed and enabled for AI use cases.

You will work across data platforms, governance and risk, partnering with business, Data, AI/ML, Technology and Risk teams to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions and reusable data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with data, AI/analytics, or technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data access, integration and data products.
• Experience with data discovery, governance, quality, lineage and/or data risk.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements, processes and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or AI Data Enablement initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape and improve the AI Data Enablement process to speed data discovery and access for AI teams.
• Gather and translate requirements across data access, data platforms and integration into clear, actionable solutions.
• Define and deliver reusable data products with focus on data discovery, quality, governance and risk.
• Partner with business, Data, AI/ML, Technology and Risk teams to align requirements and drive delivery.
• Define and manage scope, priorities, dependencies and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
• Lead complex workstreams and shape roadmap for data enablement.

Working across data platforms, integration, reusable data products and risk.You’ll collaborate with business, technology, data and risk teams to simplify the data enablement journey and turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

What You'll Get To Do

What You’ll Bring With You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst with experience in data, AI/analytics, or technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data access, integration and data products.
• Experience with data discovery, governance, quality, lineage and/or data risk.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements, processes and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments is essential.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or AI Data Enablement initiatives is highly desirable.

Eligibility to Work in Singapore

Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Singapore. Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available for this role.
