Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. You will coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors, manage budgets, schedules and project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain safe, compliant worksites and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in managing HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
