Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Lead to oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards across HDB, condo and landed developments. You will coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors, manage budgets, schedules and project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain safe, compliant worksites and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in managing HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
