Job summary

BOSH ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of construction projects, overseeing field engineers and supervisors to ensure work aligns with contract specifications.

You will develop execution plans, coordinate with subcontractors and multi-system teams, and drive on-time delivery while managing costs and scope changes. Strong technical know-how and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction with PM experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers for the construction scope of works.
• Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities.
• Coordinate interfaces and coordination with other System Wide Contracts and Civil Contractors.
• Initiate meetings with sub-contractors and other parties to align on progress.
• Prefer working experience in multinational companies.
• Develop detailed execution plans and method statements.
• Perform engineering calculations such as fan pressure drop and hydraulic calculations.
• Possess deep knowledge of ACMV, Tunnel ventilation, Fire fighting, BMS/SCADA, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Estimate costs and prepare contract documents for engineering, construction, or extraction projects.
