Job summary

VANTAGE EQUIPMENT & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

You will manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, review drawings and method statements, monitor safety and quality, coordinate with clients and authorities, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities to resolve issues.
Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for accuracy and constructability.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), BCA, and MOM regulations.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews.
Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management and clients.
Mentor and supervise project managers and site staff to improve team performance.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and productivity.
