Job summary

Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Construction Project Lead to oversee all stages of mega project execution on-site in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with plans, prepare progress reports, and drive safety and sustainability across the project.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with at least 5 years of site experience, strong cross-disciplinary coordination, and a willingness to work on-site with rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project site experience on mega projects.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and construction teams.
• Technically inclined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and rotate shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction execution from site prep to build-out.
• Ensure construction, installation, and assembly follow approved plans and drawings.
• Prepare timely progress reports covering schedule, cost, and quality.
• Document action items and follow up on project meetings.
• Facilitate site inspections ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety and sustainability culture on the project.
