Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore invites a planning engineer to join our team on a 35-storey mixed-use project. You will develop, maintain and update the master programme for building projects, ensuring timelines and coordination with PMs, engineers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management, has planning experience in building, and is proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Shortlisted candidates only.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant planning experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience working with a main contractor will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update the master construction programme for building projects.
• Prepare detailed work schedules, construction sequences and project timelines in accordance with project requirements
• Monitor actual site progress against the approved programme and identify potential delays or schedule risks
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders on project planning and progress
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and progress updates for management and client meetings
