Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Project Manager and coordinate construction work with general contractors and subcontractors on an ongoing basis.

The role focuses on ensuring project requirements are met, deadlines tracked, and safety standards observed at the Toa Payoh site. Candidates should hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in Building Projects and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction work with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to verify drawings, plans and construction documents for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of construction contractual documents for approvals and submissions.
• Identify construction requirements based on project size, scope and timeline.
• Verify errors, defects and variations against construction plans and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Assess and improve risk management and implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly construction activities with the PM and contractors.
