Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects.
• Contribute technical expertise to drawings and designs.
• Perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
• Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee construction engineering processes on-site.
• Regularly test materials and methods for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
• Document processes and maintain construction logs.
• Present progress updates to clients and senior managers.
