The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field, 15+ years in construction, with at least 5 years in leadership, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in construction management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial management and contract administration expertise.
