Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst (Construction Digitalisation) to analyse end-to-end processes spanning planning, design, construction, project delivery, handover, asset management and operations.

You will define CDE information workflows, governance, data ownership, and translate needs into digital workflows and platform requirements with Autodesk, Nemetschek and LeapThought tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders and support backlog refinement for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and information management.
• Experience in construction digitalisation or asset management.
• Ability to document complex processes with flow diagrams or data models.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end processes across planning, design, construction, project delivery, handover and operations.
• Define and maintain CDE information workflows, governance controls, roles, responsibilities and data ownership models across the asset lifecycle.
• Translate operational and information management needs into clear digital workflows and platform requirements across CDE and construction technology solutions.
• Support product owners and product managers in backlog refinement and delivery planning for Partner Experience products.
