Job description

Brief Description
Reporting to the Centre Executive, the incumbent for Programme Coordinator position support active ageing and holistic care for seniors at Senior Connect @574.

Job Responsibilities

1. Programme Coordination

· Plan, organise and execute daily programmes and activities for seniors

· Prepare materials, manage logistics and ensure smooth execution of sessions

· Provide support to volunteers, external instructors and community partners during programmes.

· Recruit and rally active participation from seniors as assigned

2. Member Care and Outreach

· Make care calls to absent or vulnerable seniors to check on their well-being.

· Conduct home visits when necessary to provide follow up support.

· Maintain simple and clear records of calls and visits for tracking and reporting purposes.

3. Other Support

· Maintain daily attendance and participation records

· Support and update seniors with information and referral resources.

· Attend to new membership registration

· Collect membership fees and programme fees

4. Ad-Hoc Event Support

· Participate in other BCARE events and project when required.

Work Hours: Full-time or Part-time (Monday - Friday), 5-day work week.

For Part-Time:

Monday to Friday (4 hours per day)

Either 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 5.30pm

For Full-Time:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

5-day work week
