Your Responsibilities:

The Senior Conference Producer is a key role responsible for researching, developing, and managing a portfolio of launch and repeat events. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Creating content through industry research by engaging with senior executives
  2. Translating research insights into agendas, value propositions, and briefs via copywriting
  3. Inviting industry key executives to speak at events
  4. Managing onsite event operations, networking with senior executives, and developing future opportunities
  5. Overseeing project management and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies
  6. Controlling event budgets for costs and revenue
  7. Developing original sales copy for brochures, websites, and promotional materials
