Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Computer Vision Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CV algorithms for robotic systems.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop software and in-house core algorithms that empower intelligent manufacturing and assembly solutions. You will prototype concepts, leverage CUDA, C++, Python, and deep learning frameworks, and ensure robust performance across real-time systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with 5+ years in computer vision and robotics.
• Deep learning knowledge required, not sufficient alone.
• Proven experience deploying algorithms in real-world robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced computer vision algorithms for 3D reconstruction, image processing, object detection, recognition, and tracking.
• Develop software that integrates CV algorithms into robotic platforms for real-time performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to prototype concepts from idea to deployment.
• Stay updated on CV and ML advancements to guide development strategies.
• Test and validate CV components under diverse conditions and document results.
