Senior Compliance Officer

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compliance & Data Protection Officer to lead and manage our company’s compliance function.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and AMLO Reporting Officer.
2. Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with Singapore regulations and company requirements.
3. Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal/external policies (e.g., AMLA, CTFA, PDPA, anti-bribery laws).
4. Maintain necessary registrations, approvals, and licenses for business operations.
5. Develop and oversee annual compliance programs, including employee training and awareness initiatives.
6. Review and update compliance policies and internal controls in line with global standards and regulatory changes.
7. Investigate non-compliance issues and report findings to senior management and the Board.
8. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years of proven experience in compliance function or 10 years in similar internal control related functions
2. Strong knowledge of local and global compliance requirements and relevant laws and regulations related to the lending industry
3. Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance program, including risk assessments, policy enforcement and regulatory reporting
4. Advanced in MS Office and MS Excel
