Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join Total Rewards team as Sr Compensation Analyst. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, People team partners delivering to shape and execute high impact compensation programs. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis on compensation data, identify compensation trends and benchmark job evaluations. Delivers compensation data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights on trends and program performance.
  • Performs comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and resolve disparities, promoting fairness and alignment of compensation philosophy. Executes evaluations and role classification reviews to assess job complexity and determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
  • Possesses expertise in integrating multiple data sources to gather and analyse information, resulting in comprehensive presentation reports that highlight key data insights and industry trends. Demonstrates comfort and proficiency in creating and delivering insightful presentations and analytical findings to HR Business Partners and business leaders, helping to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Support Global Annual Comp Reviews Programs that are in line with the Organization’s pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
  • Participates in APAC Mercer compensation survey to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and managers to support mission of attracting and retaining top talent through thoughtful compensation strategies. Collaborates with HRBPs, and business leaders in supporting the annual merit review process, including salary adjustments and promotion requests. Working closely with Talent Acquisition partners on pay decisions for internal and external hires.
  • Continuously identifies efficient and innovative opportunities to automate and enhance compensation-related processes, driving operational excellence and scalability within Total Rewards.
  • Ensures all compensation practices align with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements in APAC. Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and research skills are essential for evaluating compensation trends and making recommendations.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to data and reports.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Excel, is important for managing and interpreting compensation data.
  • Experience working with compensation program design, market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modelling outcomes

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting findings and collaborating with various departments.

Knowledge of HR Practices:

  • Understanding of human resource laws, local regulations, and best practices is crucial for ensuring compliance and equity in compensation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to independently initiate & complete task, ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and Mercer/Radford salary benchmarking will be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR preferred with about 6 to 8 years of APAC experience in the field of HR, Compensation or rewards consulting.
