Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a content-focused professional to develop and deliver creative visual and multimedia content that supports branding, internal comms, and staff engagement across digital platforms.

You will lead end-to-end content production, from concept to post-production, optimise for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, and leverage AI tools to boost ideation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Film, Sound & Video, or related disciplines.
• Relevant work experience in video production and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative visual and multimedia content to support branding, organisational profiling, stakeholder engagement, staff engagement and internal communications objectives across digital, social media and internal platforms.
• Lead and/or support end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production.
• Optimise content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and internal communications channels.
• Monitor social media trends and audience insights to create timely, relevant and engaging content.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation, production workflows and editing efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned.
