Job summary

The role requires strong writing skills, a diploma or higher, and comfort engaging with both candidates and clients on social platforms. PDPA/compliance awareness will be valued.

Job description

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality content across multiple formats including videos, graphics, blog posts, and social media posts
• Conceptualise and execute creative content ideas that align with brand identity and audience engagement goals
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent and timely publishing across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce compelling visual and written content
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies based on data insights
• Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital formats
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Build and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
