Roles and Responsibilities
Support CEO’s speaking and writing engagements, including research and preparation of presentation materials
Support CEO’s internal communication, including drafting messages and ensuring that messages are suitably timed and aligned with organisational goals
Support CEO’s external communication, including serving as liaison between CEO and external parties, working with communications team on CEO’s traditional and social media engagement, industry engagement and public relations
Manage or support ad hoc and special projects
Assist to prioritise projects that require CEO attention
Provide administrative support to executive team when required
Requirements
A diploma or degree in English, Mass Communications or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Adaptability and resourcefulness to meet pressing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Discretion and situational awareness to handle sensitive information and respond appropriately
Flair for crafting engaging and effective presentations is an advantage
Interest in architecture and design is an advantage
