You will lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and align cost management with Dell's global operations to optimize supply chains across multiple programs.

The role requires 6+ years in procurement with 4+ in cost management and sourcing, plus strong cost modeling skills and cross-functional collaboration across time zones including the US and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 6+ years in procurement with at least 4 years in cost management and sourcing.
• Strong ability to develop supplier and internal relationships.
• Cost modeling in areas such as mechanical stamping, injection molding, PCBAs or related manufacturing.
• Experience applying cost management techniques to sourcing or cost management activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and close gaps with Dell requirements.
• Lead sourcing goals, RFQ packages, analysis, negotiations, and business awards suggestions.
• Align on aggressive yet reasonable cost targets and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Develop and deploy cost management and sourcing toolkits.
• Identify gaps in processes and rollout improvements across global teams.
