Responsibilities:
Lead testing & commissioning of water/wastewater systems for onshore and offshore (FPSO) projects
Develop and execute commissioning/startup plans and procedures
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for system startup
Prepare training materials and conduct training for plant equipment
Maintain and compile commissioning records, as-built data, and O&M inputs
Attend project and commissioning meetings, provide regular progress updates
Ensure HSE standards are followed and report safety concerns proactively
Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Support design teams with feedback from commissioning and startup phases
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Min. 10 years’ experience in water/wastewater and FPSO or oil & gas commissioning
Willing to travel offshore for site work
Strong project, technical, and communication skills
