Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced field engineer to perform application and installation inspections on site.

You will coordinate with customers and project engineers and prepare, start-up and commission generators, pumps and marine propulsion engines across vessel, offshore and land sites. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 6+ years in power generation packaging for industrial, marine, oil & gas, plus capability to read diagrams and prepare

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required.
At least 6 years' experience in power generation packaging for industrial, marine, oil & gas.
Experience with Caterpillar engines preferred.
Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Willing to travel overseas for commissioning.
Good communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out application and installation inspection at job site.
Liaise with customers and project engineers.
Prepare, start-up and commission generator, pump set and marine propulsion engine on vessel, offshore and land.
Support workshop mechanical and electrical works, testing of generators and rental operations when required.
