Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Commissioning Engineer for a 1-year contract.

Located at Benoi Sector / site, the role covers installation inspections, and the start-up and commissioning of generators, pumps, and marine propulsion engines on vessels, offshore and land. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 6+ years in power generation packaging for industrial, marine, oil & gas, and has experience with Caterpillar engines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in power generation packaging for industrial, marine, oil & gas.
• Experience with Caterpillar engines preferred.
• Familiar with generator control, synchronization and parallel operation.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical system drawings.
• Prepared to travel overseas for commissioning works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out application and installation inspection at job site.
• Liaise with customers and project engineers.
• Prepare, start-up and commission generator, pump set and marine propulsion engine on vessel, offshore and land.
• Support workshop mechanical works, electrical works, testing of generators and rental operation when required.
